Returns' Policy

 

 

Book Centre is dedicated to providing its customers with the highest level of merchandise and customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the following guidelines:

 

1. THEORY TEST BOOKS, HIGHWAY CODES, GCSE and A-LEVEL MATERIAL and PERFUMES cannot be returned or exchanged within the terms of our returns policy unless damaged upon delivery or a incorrect item has been sent to you. In this case follow points 2a-2g below.

 

CD’S, DVD’S and SOFTWARE can only be returned if the item seals are unbroken. In the likelihood of any defects the product can only be exchanged for the same product where the manufacturer, prior to return, authorizes a replacement of the goods.


DIGITAL QURANS or any other digital product sold through bookcentre.co.uk cannot be returned or exchanged within the terms of our returns policy. While they carry a full 1 years guarantee, in the likelihood of any defects the model can only be exchanged for the same product where the manufacturer, prior to return, authorizes a replacement of the goods.

Please check points 2a-2g below.

 

2. All other items can be exchanged/refunded within a 7 day ‘cool off’ period in accordance with the guidelines below. Any returns must be confirmed within 3 days of delivery.

a) Dammaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 

You must email a returns request to us first explaining the problem/reason for return. You will then receive an email from our customer services department advising you of your returns.  

b) It is your responsibility to make sure that any products are returned to us in the original packaging and that they are in the brand new condition as you received them.

c) It is your responsibility to get a proof of posting from the post office and you are responsible for the goods when in your possession and whilst in transit back to us.

d) Only once a product has been returned to ourselves can we assess the product and its condition. Once assessed by our customer services department, we will email to advise you of any further action.

e) We reserve the right not to refund for products we feel have be misused or improperly handled.

f) Please remember that shipping is non-refundable unless you received an incorrect item. Also the cost of returning any goods is the responsibility of the customer.

g) Goods must not be returned in store.

 

3. If You Receive a Damaged Item/Incorrect item :  

If your item was damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately by email in regards to the problem, you will then receive an email from our customer services department advising you of your returns. Include a note explaining the problem in the return package. Please follow points 2a-2g above.
