Delivery and Shipment


Your pack shipment


Packages are dispatched the same working day if recieved before 12.30 pm after receipt of payment, however we cannot guarantee this during busy periods. Delivery companies used are Royal Mail and Fed-Ex for UK and overseas orders. If you choose to have your goods shipped using Fed-Ex, a signature will be required on delivery of your goods.

We do not apply any handling charges at all, and shipping is generally charged at cost. It varies according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects and boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Delivery times depend on the service chosen at checkout but we cannot guarantee next day delivery unless the next day Fed Ex service is chosen (UK customers only).

Approximate delivery times* for your respective countries are as follows but should be viewed as a general guideline as to delivery times :

UK, 1-3 days depending on service chosen

Europe, 3-5 days

USA, 3-5 days

Worldwide Delivery, 7-10 days
